Patricia “Trish” Cotter is a high technology leader and seasoned business executive. She recently completed her doctorate in work-based learning at the University of Pennsylvania. As an Executive Officer, Trish brought two companies public (Netezza in 2007 and Visual Networks in 1998). Trish was a member of the executive team that integrated Netezza into IBM following IBM’s acquisition of Netezza for $1.8 billion in 2010, and was appointed President of Netezza LLC during the integration process.
Trish holds a BA from Boston College, an MBA from Northeastern University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, an AMP from Harvard Business School, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She was named Emerging Executive of the Year (2009) by the Mass Technology Leadership Council and won a Stevie Award (2011) for Customer Service Executive of the Year.
